The goal
Daily Signal Garden is an ordering puzzle. Your job is to place five garden signals into the single order that satisfies every clue on the card. The page avoids today’s answer and avoids puzzle-specific clue spoilers.
When you are ready, press Check my order. You can also swap two tiles first if a clue immediately suggests a better order.
Step-by-step
- Read the clue card. Look for relative-order clues such as one signal being before, after, between, or near another.
- Arrange five tiles. Tap two tiles to swap them, or use the keyboard controls described on the accessibility page.
- Check safely. Wrong checks never damage your local streak, so it is okay to test a reasonable order.
- Use count-only feedback. On the first daily miss, the game tells you only how many positions are right.
- Take the required power turn. After that first daily miss, choose exactly one yellow signal-power board move before your next check.
- Finish the garden. Keep applying clue logic and feedback until the board is restored.
Daily board vs Practice Grove
- Daily board: one UTC puzzle per day, local browser streak, count-only first miss, and one required signal-power turn after that first miss.
- Practice Grove: a library of streak-free practice puzzles for warmups and extra logic reps.
- Preview pages: static clue previews let you decide whether today’s board is your style before opening the playable route.
Accessibility and privacy notes
The game is designed to be playable with pointer or keyboard controls, includes low-pressure feedback, and keeps streaks locally in your own browser. Static pages like this one do not run the game script, do not call the Worker analytics API, and do not count as plays.
Anonymous aggregate activity is used only after opening the playable daily board or Practice Grove, and evidence is interpreted carefully: raw page loads, static page views, and discovery metadata are not DAU or proof of play.
Ready for the board?
If the rules sound fun, open today’s puzzle. If you want one more look first, use the static clue preview; it avoids revealing the final order.
